About The Role

Weâre looking for a Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. This role is about giving the team extra hands and fresh thinking across motion content and brand guideline exploration.

Your Role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor who is deeply embedded in generative video workflows and can independently craft high-quality, narrative-driven content from concept to final output.

You are a sharp-eyed video editor comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity and emerging technology, building visually compelling long-form videos using AI-first pipelines. You take ownership of the entire production stack â from prompting and generation to editing, compositing, graphic design work and final delivery. Reporting to your Content Lead, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters (our own IPs)
Create narrative-driven, longform video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout
Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production

To this end, we are looking for a freelance video editor to take raw footage and turn it into engaging, polished videos for these categories, as well as adapt and refine existing video content to align with our brand and style guidelines.

The goal is for these videos to attract and engage viewers on YouTube, driving organic traffic to our channel and tools, and to be discoverable through search so they can reach and help millions of viewers every month.

Responsibilities

Follow the content brief to execute requested edits, ensuring each video meets goals for structure, pacing, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
Transform raw footage into clear, engaging, well-structured mid-length videos (1â10 minutes) that communicate content effectively.
Add visual examples, annotations, callouts, and other on-screen elements to enhance understanding and engagement.
Create strong visual hooks and suggest eye-catching thumbnails to attract viewers.
Apply brand guidelines consistently, including logos, colors, and fonts.
Repurpose existing mid-length video content into polished short-form videos.
Assist with quality control by reviewing final videos before publication to ensure high standards.

If our collaboration works out well, there will be opportunities to extend the collaboration or expand your responsibilities and the types of content you work on.
